One well established rule of user interface design is “Do not use confirmation dialogs for routine actions .”
If we want users to use audio recordings and stickers as part of their messaging routine, we don’t want users seciynd guessing everything they input.
A call now has a confirmation dialog because it is arguably not a routine action to call someone.
For audio recordings I think a confirmation would be annoying and would take away is nature of a quick reply function. Audio recordong already tests the patience of the receiver, and there already is a way to cancel them.
For stickers there is some merrit to both sides.
Yes, there is a risk that the last sticker pack you used was porn stickers, and you accidentally hit one of those stickers while you are about to switch to a different pack now in a chat with your coworker.
But we also want stickers to be a routine spontanious thing.
